Tristian Biography

A God fearing story

 

 stands behind the man known by many as “Tristian”. Introduced to the world through various mainstream artist, Tristian quickly became a rising star in rap, partially because of his hardcore, strong delivery and partially because the violence he did not usually speak of that implied a lesser quality of life, especially after he was arrested on mediocre charges. The arrest certainly strengthened his life, and it helped his debut single, 2012s Resurrected From The Fire, become the first debut album to enter the mainstream world, but in the long run, it hurt his career. Tristian had to fight charges throughout 2007 and 2013, and while he was eventually cleared, it hurt his momentum.

They Sayin Bury Me A G, his second album, wasn’t released until November 2012, and by that time, pop and hip-hop had burned itself out on hard-core. They Sayin Bury Me A G sold half as well as its predecessor, which meant that Tristian remained a relevant, but he no longer had the expectation he had just two years before.

Born Tristian E Hines on April 8, 1985, and raised in South Central Los Angeles, California, Tristian grew up in a broken community. His hustler ambition helped him maneuver his way in the streets he quickly got a well know name for himself and trouble followed after him often.

Nicknamed Tris by his mother for short of his name, Tristian frequently ran into trouble with the law. Not long after his high-school graduation, he was arrested for possession of marijuana, beginning a period of three years when he was often with the addiction. He found escape from a life of crime through music. Tristian began recording homemade songs with his friend The Gift, who happened to pass away. Tristian gave a tape to a mainstream producer, who was considerably impressed with Tristian”s style and began collaborating with the rapper.

Tristian may have fit the mold of a prototypical hardcore rapper, but he could also craft a catchy hook. As a result, his music crossed over to the pop market, appealing to both those who liked his roughneck posturing and rags-to-riches story as well as those who liked his knack for churning out naughty singalong club tracks. Tristian has been in several different trail’s threw out his life, . Prayer has stood in the gap by the grace of God with much love”. While Tristian’s inclusion on the production failed to chart nationally, Tristian’s full-length solo debut, 2014’s untitled, hopes to reach multi-platinum status. Featuring collaborations with Sean Paul, Missy Elliott, OutKast’s Big Boi, and Jay-Z, the album hopefully would spawn some Top Ten singles and garnered the rapper recognition. Tristian turned his full attention to his burgeoning solo career, releasing the sophomore effort “We The Church” in September 2012 and, three months later, turning in a winning performance for the music track “Resurrected From The Fire”. The rapper then embarked on the Tristian’s music, releasing a live DVD in November 2012.

The following year proved to be another busy one as Tristian landed the song “Yea Terrific” in Paramount Recording Studious, a musical biopic that explored the heyday of American life. Shooting commenced in February 2012, with Tristian also serving as co-executive producer. One month before the song’s December release, the rapper released a fourth studio single, “Now Time Is Not Of The Essence”. The double-song effort emphasized Tristian’s two distinct personalities, allowing Tristian to explore both mainstream sounds and traditional rap. Some live releases followed. Released in 2013, I Don’t Want No More, a CD/DVD set, documented an August 2012 performance at Marriott Las Vegas, while 2012’s I Am…World Tour, available in separate audio and video formats, was recorded at London’s significantly larger O2 Arena (a few months after the Vegas program). Tristian followed nominations with 2011’s Resurrected From The Fire song.
